The Zapier service allows you to configure integrations between different applications, receive data from one service and transfer to another. After registration, 2 weeks of free use are available, then to set up the integration, you will need to pay one of the tariffs, since Facebook is a premium application.
To connect the integration with lead forms on Facebook, you need to create a lead form in the "Form Library" - "Publishing Tools" section, an example of the section location is shown in the screenshot:
To transfer the source for integration when creating a Facebook lead form, set the tracking parameter "source" in the settings:
To set up integration with the system, you need to register an account on the Zapier.com serviceAfter registering for the service in your personal account, click the button in the upper right "Make a Zap!"
In the "Choose a Trigger App" field, select "Facebook Lead Ads". In the Choose Trigger Event field, select New Lead and click Continue.
Next, select the Facebook community account with which the integration will be connected, click the Facebook Lead Ads account button and click Continue.
On the next page "Customize Lead" in the "Page" field, select the community page in which the lead form is added, in the "Form" field, select the name of the form from the list with which the integration will be configured and click Continue.
Then click "Pull In Samples". You can see which fields were transferred from the form by integration.
Then click "Done Editing". It will be possible to move on to the next stage.
Click on the next step “2. Do this ... "In the "Choose App & Event" search box, enter "Webhook".Select the option "Webhooks by Zapier", in the second field select "POST", click "Continue".
Next, on the "Customize Post" page, in the "URL" field, you must specify a link to integrate the required branch of the system. You can view the link in the selected branch in the "Leads" section, click the "Other" button and select the "Lead Integration" option, copy the line from point 1, an example of display in the screenshot.
For the demo version of the system, this line looks like this: https: //demo.s20.online/api/2/lead/create? Token = c8 ... The link will be unique for your system. Then paste the copied link into the "URL" field. In the "Data" field, you need to configure the correspondence between the fields in the Facebook lead form and the fields in the customer card in the system. The required field for creating a customer card is the "Full Name" field, in the left column you must enter the system name of the field with a small English letter - "name", in the right column click on the plus sign and select the "Full Name" match option, for example, as in the screenshot ...
The "source" field will transfer the source to the lead card. Important: the integration may not work if the mail was not confirmed when registering an account with Zapier. To confirm, you need to follow the link from the letter that Zapier will send by mail.After the end of the test period, you need to pay for one of the tariffs for the integration to work.
